Your responsibilities will be very diverse as we are a small team covering many areas, but we expect you to:
- Be a trusted leadership advisor
- Facilitate P&C-related workshops
- Run employee engagement surveys and initiatives
- Support leaders in recruitment
- Take part in ad hoc P&C-related tasks at both operational and strategic level
Co-create e.g.
- Employee development & growth framework
- F.H. Leadership DNA and development program
- Internal communication content
Join the team in
- Implementing new HR system(s)
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on people's data
- Supporting the social part of ESG
Since we are a Danish design company with a worldwide presence, we require that you possess prior experience in roles within organizations with a multi-site international structure. As we are looking for a more senior profile, the ideal candidate meets the following requirements:
Brings experience with
- Facilitation
- Employee engagement
- Leadership development
Other requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience from a People and Culture function e.g., HRB partner, Leadership & Development Partner and/or TA specialist or similar
- Has a relevant academic background
- Is comfortable with doing both very operational tasks and handling strategic initiatives
- Can navigate in a fast-paced environment where things can change with short notice
- Fluent in English and preferably also in Danish (written and verbally)
It is an advantage, but not a requirement that you have worked with implementing HR systems, driving internal communication and/or running the social part of ESG before.
We expect you to be able to travel when needed (app. 10-20 days per year).
